Refunds Policy for Lorah

1. Virtual Items Policy
• All purchases of crate keys, ranks, or donations are digital goods.
• These items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Good Faith Exception
• We offer a strict one-time refund per player on a good faith basis.
• You must email lorah.us@mail.com within 48 hours of purchase to apply.
• The purchased items (such as crate keys) must remain completely unused.
3. Finality of Sales
• Once your single good faith refund is issued, all your future sales are final.
• No subsequent refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
• Opening a payment dispute or chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent ban from Lorah.
